The test operates on a TAN basis. The purchase of a TAN will allow a participant to sit one test session. TAN numbers can be grouped into 4 groups, for instance to cater for different department and staff positions ...etc  Each group can be allocated two notification email addresses to which warning messages can be sent. The warning messages allow you to keep track of TAN usage and results.

Test results are stored anonymously or named as you require. Falsification of the test results is impossible due to the nature of the system. The results of a test are instantly scored and delivered to your chosen email address within seconds of the completion of the test. Additionally, score results can be accessed, searched or downloaded in CSV format through your administration panel. At the end of every test, if so wished, the participant can instantly print out a report of their test showing scores and results. The test itself has 9 different question sections including, text, photographic, audio and or video material.
